Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are free and come with no obligation. Because every home is different, there is no set price list. Your price is based on your home's roofline length, height, and design, and it is confirmed with you before any work is scheduled. A quote only becomes a booking once you approve it.

Early Bird Discount

The Early Bird Discount applies to installations booked and approved on or before October 31, 2026. It cannot be combined with other offers, and it has no cash value. We may end or change the offer after that date.

You Own Your Lights

Lights we install for you become your property once your invoice is paid. We do not lease displays or reclaim lights at the end of the season. At takedown, your lights are returned to you. If you ask us to hold them until next season, we will do so at your request, and they remain yours.

Scheduling and Weather

We schedule installation and takedown dates with you in advance. Weather and unsafe roof conditions can delay work, and when that happens we will reschedule with you as soon as we safely can. Dates are not guaranteed, though we do our best to meet them.

Payment, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Payment timing, any deposit, and our rescheduling and cancellation terms for your job are provided in your written quote. Please review them before you approve it, and ask us if anything is unclear.

Your Property

We install lighting with clips made for your roof material and we take care with your home. Please let us know about any known roof, gutter, or wiring problems before installation. We cannot be responsible for existing damage or conditions that were not disclosed to us, and we may decline to work on any area we judge unsafe.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question. We carry liability insurance for our work on your property.
