Frequently Asked Questions
Everything Atlanta homeowners ask us before booking. Don't see your question? Reach out and we'll answer it directly.
You keep them, always. This is the biggest way we're different from most holiday lighting companies: they lease you a seasonal display and take the lights back (or reuse them on the next house) once the season ends. When The Lighting Tzar installs your lights, they belong to you, permanently. We'll gladly store them for you between seasons, but they're your property, not a rental.
Leasing is more profitable for them. They reuse the same inventory across many homes every year. It's less profitable for us, but it means you're not paying a rental fee wrapped into your price every single season, and you actually own something at the end of it.
We schedule takedown with you in early-to-mid January, well before it feels like a chore. If you've added storage, your lights go straight to our facility until next season, still yours, just kept safe.
Yes. We carry full general liability insurance, and every installer is trained on ladder and roof safety before they're on your property.
The earlier the better. Our calendar fills up through October and November. Booking by October 31 also locks in our Early Bird Discount.
Yes. We're equipped and trained for multi-story homes and steep pitches. If a section of roof isn't safe to access, we'll tell you upfront and suggest an alternative.
There's no set price list. Cost depends on your home's roofline length, height, and design complexity. See our Pricing page for what affects cost, or request a free quote for an exact number.
We install throughout the Atlanta metro, including Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Alpharetta, Marietta, Decatur, Dunwoody, Johns Creek, Brookhaven, and Smyrna. See our Service Areas page for the full list.
