Two things, done right: we install your custom lighting, and we take it down and store it when the season ends. Every light we put up belongs to you. That's what sets us apart.
01 · Installation
Residential Light Installation
We install commercial-grade C9 and mini LED lighting along rooflines, gutters, windows, and walkways, secured with clips rated for your specific roof material, never nails or staples.

Here's What Makes Us Different
Most companies lease you a seasonal display and take the lights back, or reuse them on the next house, once the season ends. We don't do that. Every light we install belongs to you, permanently. No rental fees, nothing to give back.
02 · Takedown
Takedown, and You Keep the Lights
After the season, we schedule a takedown date with you and remove every light and clip. Then we hand your lights back to you, because they're yours, not a rental we're collecting for the next house.
- Scheduled January takedown, you never touch a ladder
- Your lights go home with you, not into our inventory
- Prefer we hold onto them until next year? Just ask, that's optional
Your Lights, Not Ours
To be clear: we never keep your lights. When we take them down, they come straight back to you. If you'd rather not deal with the bins, we can hold onto them until next season, but that's your call, not the default.
